To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

IN NO EVENT SHALL SAUNTER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Safety Disclaimer

Saunter is a logging and planning tool only. It does not replace:

  • Proper hiking preparation and safety measures
  • Official trail maps and navigation tools
  • Weather monitoring and emergency preparedness
  • Professional guidance for challenging trails

Always prioritize safety and follow Leave No Trace principles when hiking.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
